Dave Sweet came to the cleaning and restoration industry in 1990. It was then that he established his carpet and upholstery cleaning company. Dave's first 4 years were dedicated to building his cleaning business. Afterwards, he spent his time focused on education and training in the restoration arts. He has attended numerous schools including those taught by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration, and Certification (IICRC) and Chuck Dewald's Emergency Hands on School of Drying featuring "The Vortex Drying System". It is because of his desire to build a quality service company, that he is widely recognized in the cleaning/remediation industry across the nation.

Terry Benge grew up in Indiana. Before entering the restoration services, Terry worked in the Insurance industry. He worked in claims and later was a top 10 producing agent. Combining his talent for generating business through high standards of customer service and eleven years of technical and hands-on water damage mitigation and microbial clean-up, Terry became the General Manager at Midwest Remediation. Because of Terry's attention to detail and vast knowledge, which is strengthened by his understanding of Indoor Air Quality issues, he served on the advisory board for the Indianapolis Chapter of the American Indoor Air Quality Council (AIAQC). Terry holds certifications with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration, and Certification (IICRC) in Water/Fire/Smoke Damage, Odor control, and Applied Microbial Remediation and Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisory (CMRS) through AIAQC. Terry is an instructor for the Applied Microbial Remediation Technician Course (AMRT) taught through IICRC for which he has taught numerous individuals and companies across the nation in microbial clean-up. Terry is also a graduate of Chuck Dewald's Emergency Hands on Drying School featuring “The Vortex Drying System".

Mark Williamson, Director Of Business Development Mark Williamson was born and raised in Indiana and attended Ball State University in Muncie, majoring in Business Administration. He came to the restoration industry after more than 20 years in Logistics Management with several companies in Florida and Indiana. He has attended the Institute for Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration, and Certification classes for Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and is certified in both. His focus now is on expanding Midwest Remediation’s influence in our industry by building and maintaining long term relationships with our current and future clients. He has been a professional musician, touring and performing with several nationally known Christian recording artists but now lives back home in Muncie. He is married and still plays music in his local church.
