A growing community is a sign of growth and an indicator of change for the better. There are, however, changes that happen without our planning and intervention. Fire and floods for example. When a fire breaks out, your house will be damaged to an extent and there will be leftover soot and debris. Floods can also happen in a flash, entering our houses, water-logging furniture and things. Aside from the odor of the water, the water damage also lessens the quality of the materials of our homes. Sometimes, things we thought that were built to last like the pipes in our houses or the water heater tank just leak.
For the unplanned things that happen and damage your home and place of business, there is Midwest Remediation.
Our team can handle emergency situations that affect the environment and structure in your home or business. For water damage, we will drain the water and dry your residence using the latest technology in structural drying. We will apply our contents restoration process on your things that might have gotten wet and give them back to you in good condition. For fire damage, we will clear the debris and the soot and restore salvageable items. We will also manage the reconstruction of the damaged parts of your home and communicate with your insurance providers for you.

McCordsville is a small community lying inside the bounds of Vernon Township in Hancock County. Although McCordsville is only 1.4 square miles, there are 5,000 residents who call it home – making it the fastest growing area in Hancock County. The town was incorporated 26 years ago in 1988. The town is 10 minutes from major thoroughfares the I-69, I-70, SR 234 and I-465.
The town is currently developing their local economy by licensing food trucks which will operate around the area. After careful consideration and several town meetings, McCordsville has annexed land in the southern part of town. These lands are primarily agricultural but the entire area will be rezoned. Farmers who own land in the area can maintain their status through a “grandfathered” zoning privilege.
