If you have endured a catastrophic event such as a flood, fire, or other disaster, you were likely left with damaged personal possessions. You are probably wondering if anything is salvageable, and where to even begin. Midwest Remediation can help you get back on your feet with our contents restoration services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Let us go over our process, and how we take care of your prized personal belongings as we work to restore them.
Midwest Remediation Restoration Services
Midwest Remediation offers full-service moving of your items after a disaster, with a scheduled pack-in and pack-out. Your belongings will be moved to individual catalog storage vaults in our climate-controlled warehouse with multi-level security. We can restore your possessions with our state-of-the-art cleaning systems and on-site deodorization services. Whether you have electronics, books and documents, fine art, or textiles that have been damaged, we have the tools and the expertise to restore them for you.
What Our Restoration Process Looks Like
After your home has suffered a catastrophic event, we will arrive to walk through and inspect the contents, as well as conduct a virtual scan. During the pack-out, we will evaluate and separate the salvageable contents from the non-salvageable contents, after which you can access our system to review the items that were removed to be restored. Our trained professionals use the best equipment available to follow best-practice cleaning techniques to carefully restore your items. Your possessions will remain in our facility, packaged and labeled until your home is ready for us to deliver everything to its proper place.
We Will Take Care of Your Belongings
We can restore furniture, artwork, dishware, photographs, books, textiles, electronics, documents, and more. Before all of your restored belongings are packed and stored in our facility, they will be photographed and receive a QR tag as they wait to return to your home. Our 3D scans of your home will ensure that all items are accounted for, sent to your insurance adjuster, and returned to their original place. We provide our Like Kind & Quality (LKQ) Inventory of non-restorable items to provide you with an accurate replacement cost value.
